What I actually do
I'm Samantha Newton, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with 25+ years' experience. I help owner-managed businesses deal with difficult employee situations properly, the grievances, sickness, conduct, performance and exits that drag on, get risky, or eat up an owner's headspace.
In plain terms: when a people problem lands on a business owner's desk and they're not sure what to do next, I'm the person who sorts it, clearly and commercially.
