Session bookings, payments and cancellations

The Fix This Employee Issue session is priced at £495 plus VAT (20%) per session. Payment is required in full before the booking calendar is accessed. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Refund requests for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be considered. Please contact us at team@magentahrconsulting.co.uk to request a refund or reschedule.
