If you need a plan
The Sort It Session, £495 + VAT fixed
A fixed fee for one focused 60 to 90 minute session on your situation, with a written action plan within 48 hours. One-off. No retainer, no lock-in.
If you want a safety net
Ongoing Support, £350 to £850 + VAT a month for teams up to 30
Bespoke for 31+ employees. A predictable monthly fee for an experienced adviser on call, priced by the size of your team and how much you want handled for you. Two levels:
- Assured, from £350 + VAT a month. Priority access, advice on any employee situation, and your letters reviewed before they go out.
- Partner, from £600 + VAT a month. Everything in Assured, plus I draft your letters and join your key meetings.

Handling the case itself
Casework is scoped, and agreed up front
Investigations, redundancy programmes, settlements and similar work vary hugely in size, so I won't pretend there's a one-line price. Instead, I look at your specific situation, scope the work, and agree the fee with you before anything starts.
No open-ended hourly shocks, no surprise invoices. You decide with the full picture in front of you.
